On the nose, it reveals enticing aromas of black cherry preserves, baked plums, and boysenberries, complemented by hints of cassis, spice box, and dried mint. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with firm tannins and a refreshing character.  This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with some Mountain Sass. The balance of tannins, minerality, acidity and intense fruit concentration hit all of the notes on the palate and leave you with a satisfyingly long finish. Sourced from vineyards at around 1600 feet of elevation in the Eastern Napa Mountains, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fits well into our Portfolio.
